Quarterly Rate Changes:

• HMO: 0.7% Full, 1.1% Limited. HMO plans are not available in rating regions 4, 6, 10, or 11.
• PPO: 1.4% Full, -1.2% Limited. Limited PPO network is not available in rating regions 4, 6, or 10.
• PPO HSA: -1.0% Full, -1.0% Limited. Limited PPO network is not available in rating regions 4, 6, or 10.

Quoting is available now!

Network/Zip Code Updates: note the limitations on plan availability above. Regions 4, 6, and 10 are limited to the full PPO network only. Region 11 is limited to PPO networks only, but can access the limited PPO network.

Plans and Portfolios: The 2026 California Toolkit and Plan Guide is now available:

• Note that Aetna is now using two sets of plans for small groups in California; one group includes infertility benefits and one group does not.
• Also note that plans and rates are pending final regulatory approval.

Underwriting Guidelines: 2026 guidelines will be posted when available.

Enrollment Forms/Applications: Will be posted when available.

Marketing Materials/Forms: Will be posted when available.
