The IRS has released the final 2025 Forms 1094-B and 1095-B and well as Forms 1094-C and 1095-C with no changes compared to the forms from 2024.

The instructions have not yet been published, however based on seeing no difference from the 2024 forms, there are no changes anticipated.

Employers should begin preparing now for the upcoming ACA employer reporting season.
