BlueChoice knows you work hard and they want to reward you for your hard work. For December 2025 and January 2026 effective and renewal dates, earn a compensation bonus per contract enrolled.

Fully Insured Choice Complete/Choice Select
5+ minimum number of contracts per month
$150 bonus per enrolled contract

Choice Level Funded
10-50 total contracts
$125 per enrolled contract

Plus, for new ACA and level-funded groups with 10 or more enrolled contracts, receive a $400 bonus per group.

Blue Dental Sales Bonus
Earn a one-time $25 bonus for each new BlueChoice HealthPlan Blue Dental contract with an effective date of December 1, 2025 through January 1, 2026.

Retention Incentives
Qualify with 5 or more groups renewing in December 2025 and January 2026
Retain 100%, Earn an additional $1,000
Retain 90% of ACA/Level-Funded small groups each month and receive $50 for each enrolled contract.

BONUS Incentive Program
Receive an extra $400 bonus if you write 5 new individual Blue Option or Palmetto Option cases and $400 for every 5 cases you write thereafter with January 2026 and February 2026 effective dates.  This is in addition to the previously announced  $10 per enrolled contract for 10+ and $25 per enrolled contract for 25+ bonus for January effective dates. Earnings will be paid June 2026.
