HealthPass has issued their small group rate update for Q1 2026.

Quoting is now available! Plans show the following changes compared to Q4 2025 rates:

• HMO -7.3%
• HMO HSA -6.4%
• PPO -6.3%
• EPO - Full Network 1.4%
• EPO HSA - Full Network 2.5%
• EPO - Limited Network 3.2%
• EPO HSA - Limited Network 4.7%

HealthPass offers 47 plan options with Anthem, UnitedHealthcare, Oxford, and Emblem - across multiple networks and metal tiers, empowering your clients and their employees to choose the plan that works best for them.

New in 2026:

• Anthem Platinum plans will be offered across all three of its networks.
• Introducing two new Zero-Deductible Gold plans: one with Anthem and one with Oxford.
• For the first time HealthPass will offer an Oxford Freedom Silver plan and Anthem Bronze options.
• Mid-Hudson: New UHC Plans, 7 POS, 2 Bronze, 4 HSA and Gold HRA across their Choice+, Choice, Select+ and Select networks.

Keep in mind:  Oxford has removed their Gated Metro plans; these plans will be replaced with non-gated versions at time of renewal.
