Equitable is happy to inform you of an upcoming change that will positively impact their Dental claims processing procedures. As of May 1, 2024, Equitable will be upgrading their claims operations. This new experience will provide improved capabilities, faster processing times, and enhanced customer support for claims inquiries. Equitable understands the importance of a seamless experience, and they want to assure you that every effort is being made to minimize any potential disruptions during this transition period.
There are a few important items we specifically want to bring to your attention:
- Beginning on May 1, 2024, all employees enrolled in an Equitable Dental plan will need a new Dental ID Card.
- Equitable is batching and emailing new ID cards to all current Dental policyholders’ Benefits Administrators within the last 2 weeks of April
- They are also offering an opt-in option for print (Equitable must be notified via linked webform by 4/11)
- Employees can additionally access their new Dental ID cards in EB360®, the Equitable integrated platform, or by using their Text Message ID service (text #myID to 32360)
