We are writing to share a third update to the 2025 Notice of Health Plan Changes for your Sutter Health Plan clients with effective dates on or after July 1, 2025:
• Small Group Notice of Health Plan Changes
• Large Group Notice of Health Plan Changes
Your clients that already received their renewal packets — including small groups with effective dates of July 1 and Aug. 1, 2025, and large groups with effective dates July 1 through Oct. 1, 2025, — will receive their respective updated 2025 Notice of Health Plan Changes under separate cover.
All other group employer clients will receive the updated 2025 Notice of Health Plan Changes in their upcoming renewal packets.
