Allstate Benefits is aiming to provide a seamless transition for groups affected by the exit of Humana from the group medical market by offering their Fill the Gap program. This program includes:
- Competitive Broker Bonus: writing agents will receive a $75 bonus for every employee enrolled submitted via applications and a $50 bonus for every employee enrolled in groups submitted with no-app underwriting.
The group must have had Humana as their prior carrier. - Maximum Out-of-Pocket Match: Allstate Benefits will match the members maximum out of pocket credit accrued on their Humana policy and transfer over to their Allstate policy.
Applies only to calendar year plans previously on calendar year plan. - Tailored Benefit Packages: build a plan that is specifically catered to the group’s needs.
