Allstate Benefits has contracted with Recuro Health as their new telehealth vendor, effective as of October 1, 2024. Recuro Health Care offers virtual behavioral health and urgent care services for members, and is included with Allstate Benefits plans.
The former contract with Walmart Virtual Health Care is being discontinued, and all groups will be moved to Recuro Health on this date.
Groups will receive direct email communications with supporting documents in the coming weeks.
