Anthem | 3 New Enhancements to Simplify Access and Client Servicing

Anthem is pleased to introduce three enhancements to make accessing information and servicing your clients a little easier

Broker Plus is now available for tablets.

Now you can use Broker Plus on your Apple or Google tablet, making it easier to do business on the go. With the tablet launch, landscape view is now fully supported. The dashboard also has a refreshed look and feel that aligns with your desktop dashboard for a unified experience across devices.

The tablet version includes all the same useful features as the desktop version. You can:

• Manage clients.
• View and track applications.
• Maintain your policy renewals.
• Track commissions and sales for each client.
• Chat with a live agent or Producer Assistant.
• Stay informed with the latest news from Anthem.

It’s available now as a free download from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

It’s now easier to manage Producer Toolbox delegates.

Anyone with a primary or site administration designation who has at least one delegate can now download a list of their organization’s delegates. The list shows who in their organization has Producer Toolbox delegate access and their assigned role.

1. Log in to Producer Toolbox.
2. Go to Account Details either from Licensing, Credentialing & Contracting, or the profile icon in the upper right corner.
3. Once in Account Details, go to the Delegates tab.
4. Click on the Download Delegate List link.
5. An Excel file of delegates will download to the user’s Document folder.

The method for adding delegates has not changed.

Save time by uploading documents and photos with Live Chat in the Broker Plus app.

The latest enhancement allows you to securely upload a document when you are connected to a live agent in the Broker Plus app so the agent can review it in real time. 

Once the agent you’re chatting with requests the file, you’ll see a plus sign to the left of your typing field. Select the plus sign, and you can take a photo, choose an existing photo, or upload any files you have saved on your mobile device.

Here are some documents you might need to upload:

• Enrollment Applications
• Change Forms
• Marriage/Divorce Certifications
• SSN Images/Refusal Forms
• Birth Certificates

A few quick tips

• Files must be 7MB or less.
• You can upload most standard image and file formats, including JPEG, PNG, Word, Excel, and PDF.
• Live Chat is available during your local business hours.
