Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield is sharing exciting information; they have added three new Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Anthem Balanced Funding (ABF) plans to their portfolio. The new PPO ABF plans are effective October 1, 2022 and offer richer benefits to be more competitive in the level-funded market. They are:
- 79C2 - Anthem Balanced Pathway CT PPO 1000/10%/7000
- 79C3 - Anthem Balanced Pathway CT PPO 2000/10%/7000
- 79C4 - Anthem Balanced Pathway CT PPO 5000/20%/8500 Value

Mid-Year Incentives
As a reminder, Anthem's Mid-year Incentives can help you earn more. The program offers up to $150 per enrolled employee for July 1 through December 31, 2022, effective dates. Final payment is based on the number of enrolled subscribers on the effective date.
