Do you have groups impacted by the Bronze benefit adjustment effective May 1, 2020? The DMHC is requiring Anthem Blue Cross to adjust the benefits for physician services on certain Bronze plans. Anthem is offering impacted members 12 FREE LiveHealth online visits before the deductible. After the 12th visit, members have a $5 copay.
The doctors that members see using LiveHealth Online can prescribe medications. If necessary, the doctor can send prescriptions to a selected pharmacy electronically.
LiveHealth Online also includes these features:

- The option to visit with any available doctor.
- Spanish speaking doctors available through Cuidado Medico.
- Three free mental health visits through embedded EAP benefits.

- Free unlimited future moms visits including lactation consultation
