Anthem reports a statewide decrease of – 6.7% for HMO plans and -0.6% for PPO plans. This signals that their HMO offerings are better positioned to make them a single carrier solution alongside their salient PPO plans.
There are no plan changes, and their current underwriting promotions continue through December 15, 2020.
