Anthem Blue Cross is pleased to announce that Sonoma Valley Hospital has rescinded its notice of termination while they finalize the renewal agreement effective May 1, 2024. The current contract remains in full force and effect.
Palomar Health
Anthem Blue Cross is pleased to announce they have successfully renewed their Commercial agreement with Palomar Health comprising the noted entities:
- Palomar Medical Center Escondido (050115)
- Palomar Medical Center Poway aka Pomerado Hospital (050636)
- Arch Health Partners (PPO)
- Graybill Medical Group (PPO)
The hospital multi-year agreements are effective 4/1/2024 and the PPO Medical Group multi-year agreements are effective 6/1/2024.
Chinese Hospital (050407)
Anthem Blue Cross is pleased to announce that Chinese Hospital has rescinded its notice of termination. The current contract remains in full force and effect.
