Anthem would like brokers to know that starting the week of May 6, 2024 and throughout 2024 members will receive quarterly communications from Anthem.
The email communications will provide members with quarterly tips to help them get the most from their health plan with virtual care.
Accessing the care they need, when they need it, matters. The Sydney℠ Health mobile app connects members to a team of doctors ready to help them. Virtual primary care visits can be scheduled through the Sydney Health care center. Now with LiveHealth Online Virtual Primary Care, members have more ways to receive:
- Care for diabetes, the flu, and other health issues.
- Referrals for X-rays, blood work, and specialists.
- Prescriptions from their local pharmacy.
- Appointments from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. weekdays.
