Anthem | Improved Client Reporting Experience with CII

Anthem has an updated plan for the retirement of their legacy Client Information Insights (CII) Access reporting solution as they transition to the CII Evolve reporting platform’s Standard Insights. The sunset of CII Access and the final transition to CII Evolve is scheduled for April 2025.

Since CII Evolve's inception in 2022, the goal has been to streamline all client reporting needs under one platform. Anthem is making progress with features including:

  • Redesigned and enhanced CII Access report content, now with additional data and expanded visualizations.
  • Expanded parameters for report development, incorporating custom parameters, account segmentation, and custom benchmarks.
  • A seamlessly integrated packaging and subscription workflow for ease of use.
  • A 'History Tab' developed for swift access, review, and rerun of reports and packages.

What you can expect:

  • Transition from CII Access to CII Evolve’s Standard Insights — on track for completion by March 2025.
  • CII Access will continue to be refreshed through April 2025 (paid through March 2025), after which no additional reports will be pre-run.
  • Historically run reports will be available in CII Access.

Anthem is committed to assisting you through this transition. Anthem support teams are up to date on CII Evolve and can answer any questions. Any changes or new features will be communicated on Broker Hub and in the CII Evolve platform.
