As you know, StanCorp Financial Group, Inc. (The Standard) acquired our parent company’s Life and Disability business on April 1, 2024. Anthem is sharing this information to keep you informed of changes in life and disability plan administration.
Compassi, the Anthem Life employer self-service portal, is being enhanced to add customer reports that are currently found on other portals: Client Information Insights Discover (CII Discover) and Specialty Online Claims. The life and disability experience reports currently accessed on CII Discover and claim reports currently found on Specialty Online Claims will be available to groups and brokers registered for Compassi on September 16, 2024.
With this enhancement, groups and their authorized brokers will have one portal to access all their life and disability online information. The Compassi Life and Disability Administration Registration Form can be completed and returned to register for Compassi.

Anthem will post information on the Employer Access News and the SOC portal sign in page to notify current users of the change.
