  There are multiple filter options, allowing people to search for care providers based on specific needs, such as by location, benefit plan, or family member. 
• Visual map-based results 
  Users can view search results on a map and see care providers by geographic location. They can also see results in a list-view. 
• Prominent care provider details 
  Search results include essential information about care providers, including their in-network status. 
• Cost of care information 
  They’ll see a same-page display of their personalized plan deductible status, plan progress information, and have an intuitive care provider comparison feature with primary care pricing. 

Finding the right care at the right cost Find Care is built with a patented Personalized Match feature, giving your clients a way to find care providers in their plan. Anthem’s search capabilities connects members based on their profile — such as unique health history, claim details, and personal preferences — to high-quality, cost-effective care providers.
