Q1 2025 Rate Action
- Medical Quarterly Average Change
- PPO 1.2%

Medical Plan Updates
Anthem's 2025 portfolio is streamlined for an improved buying experience. Discontinued plans:
- Some Gold PPO and HMO plans with a $150 prescription deductible.
- Higher priced Silver level Priority Select HMO and Vivity HMO plans.
Underwriting Updates
- Participation moving from 65% to 60% for groups with 1-4 employees.
- Oscar promotion extended to January 1, 2025 business.
- Network flexibility continues:
- Both PPO networks alongside any two HMO networks.
- Both PPO networks alongside Select HMO, Priority Select HMO and Vivity HMO networks (Excludes CaliforniaCare HMO).
Ancillary Updates
- Dental rate pass - new business through Q1 2025.
- New $5,000 annual max (in network) dental plan coming in 2025.
- Vision rates decrease on new business in 2025.
- Increased frame allowances from $130 up to $200.
- 5% bundling discount & 24-month rate guarantee.
