Anthem is committed to delivering a robust and fortified provider network for members to have access to quality, affordable healthcare.
Anthem is pleased to announce the following contracts have been renewed:
- Providence St Joseph Health - Multiyear agreement reached, effective January 1, 2025.
- Sutter Health - Single year agreement reached, effective January 1, 2025.
- Sansum Clinic - March 1, 2025 termination withdrawn; agreement to continue.
Unfortunately Anthem was not able to reach an agreement with the following providers before the January 1, 2025 expiration date. Anthem continues to meet with both providers on a regular basis with the hopes that both sides can come to an agreement soon. Members have received a letter explaining the termination with a listing of alternative facilities as well as the option for Continuity of Care for specific ongoing medical conditions.
- Scripps Health | Scripps Green Hospital, Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas, Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla, Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego, Scripps Mercy Chula Vista
- Shasta Regional Medical Center
