Employers who use EmployerAccess now have an easier way to provide information about group size and participation that Anthem's underwriters use to rate groups ahead of renewals. As part of Anthem's focus on technology that simplifies the way they share information, a new digital Market Verification Form has become available as of May 12th for those groups who will be renewing on August 1, 2023.
EmployerAccess will notify groups to fill out the form 180 days before their renewal date.
The Enroll and Manage section of the EmployerAccess dashboard will note when the form is completed and employers can view a read-only version of the completed form.
If the group size and participation requirements do not change, the broker may send the renewal to review and accept. Anthem will contact groups directly whose requirements have changed.
