2024 Certificate of Insurance (COI) updates will be sent to Group Administrators
Blue Shield of California Life & Health Insurance Company (Blue Shield Life) has made updates to Small Business vision plans that will be effective January 1, 2024.
Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for 2024 have been issued and distributed. Updates to plan documents are required to be mailed to Group Administrators. Information about these changes can be found in the group’s endorsement(s) packet being mailed this week, which contain the language from the COI for each plan.
A compilation of the endorsements can be referenced on the Endorsement updates page, which show amended pages to the COIs.
Plan enrollees with questions may call the customer service number on their member ID card.
