Starting August 1, brokers can access Employer Enrollment Tool Renewals by selecting “Shop & Enroll” from the Broker Connection Small Business drop-down menu – and there is a lot to be excited about with this change. The launch of renewal processing on the Employer Enrollment Tool (EET) means you can submit changes during the renewal window. There will be no changes to the renewal timeline and renewal notices are still available through the existing tool on Broker Connection.
Renewals will be available in EET on August 1, for November renewing groups. You can continue processing your July through October renewing groups in our Small Group Online Renewal tool. Beginning in November 2024, all renewal changes will be submitted through EET Renewals.
