Starting with Q3 Renewals, you will be able to download small business renewal packets in bulk – up to 50 at a time - when logged into Blue Shield's Broker Connection. Select “Small Business” from the drop-down menu, and then “Renewal and post enrollment packets.” Along with renewal kits and microsites, Evidence of Coverage documents and group contracts for each group can be accessed through this tool.
The enhancement scheduled for April 11 includes:
- Multiple download functionality: Conveniently download multiple health documents – up to 50 at a time – as a zip file.
- Searchability: Filter your search by month, group, or document type (e.g. Renewal, EOC, etc.).
- Easy document identification: A new column in the results table identifies document type and plan name.
- Integration: Directly link to each of your group’s Renewal microsites and/or Health Plan Document Center by using the “view online” button.
