This summer, Blue Shield is making substantial updates to their Employer Connection portal with improved functionality and design. Their team is redesigning and upgrading their portal to ensure you have the best experience managing your Blue Shield of California benefits. These new enhancements make Employer Connection both easier and more secure to use.

- Streamlined Administrator Experience: Easily access invoices, make payments, and find employee benefit information.
- Enhanced Security: They're implementing 2-Step Verification, previously referred to as Multi-factor Authentication, to provide an extra layer of protection for your sensitive data, ensuring it stays secure at all times.
- Improved Notifications: They’re updating their communication tools, including real-time site notifications, to ensure you can always access the most up-to-date information about your account and benefits.
Employer Connection is a one-stop shop with access to everything you need: from a quick list of contacts to instructions for enrollment, payments, and other processes that help your clients manage their group medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. Their new design change makes it even easier to use.
