Blue Shield of California’s Q3 rates are available through your preferred quoting engine. There will be a third-quarter rate action of 0.9% for all PPO medical plans and 0.9% for all HMO medical plans. All portfolio dental, vision, and life insurance plan rates will remain unchanged.
