Q4 2024 Rates
Blue Shield is pleased to announce their fourth-quarter 2024 rate action is a statewide average of 1.5% and the full Q4 rate book is now available.

Renewals | October, November and December 2024
Groups renewing in October will be available to brokers through Shield Renewals on Monday, July 15,* November groups on Tuesday, July 30* and December groups on Tuesday, August 27.*
October group-level changes can be made using Small Group Online Renewal (SGOR) beginning Tuesday, July 16*, while November and December group-level changes will be available on the new Employer Enrollment Tool for renewals beginning Thursday, August 1* and September 2* respectively.
