Blue Shield is currently conducting an outreach campaign to promote preventive care and encourage members to utilize annual health assessments. Select members will receive calls, emails, letters and—new for 2025—text messages as part of the outreach.
Gift card incentives are a component of this campaign. Recognizing the prevalence of phishing scams seeking personal information, Blue Shield is providing awareness of this outreach should a client contact you with questions. Here's a sample from the campaign, for your reference, and please do not redistribute as the promotion does not apply to everyone.
