Plans:
Five new plans will be offered:
- Cigna + Oscar Gold EPO A (Open Access Plus)
- Cigna + Oscar Silver EPO A (Open Access Plus)
- Cigna + Oscar Bronze EPO A (Open Access Plus)
- Cigna + Oscar Bronze EPO B (Open Access Plus)
- Kaiser Platinum HMO C
Five plans have been discontinued:
- Cigna + Oscar Platinum EPO D
- Cigna + Oscar Gold EPO E
- Cigna + Oscar Gold EPO G
- Cigna + Oscar Bronze EPO E
- Cigna + Oscar Bronze EPO F
Benefits: All plans have benefit changes. See the Summary of Changes for specifics.
Rates: New rates for all health plans. Impact varies by plan and region.
Regions:
- Kaiser has removed 1 zip code
- UHC Alliance has added 1 zip code and removed 1
- UHC Harmony has added 2 zip codes and removed 2
- UHC Signature Value has added 2 zip codes and removed 7

Benefits: EyeMed Standard Progressive Lenses are now covered in full.
