Rates: Rate impact varies by region, carrier, and plan. The statewide average change is:
- Anthem: 1.4% for HMO, 1.7% for PPO
- Health Net: 6.1%
- Kaiser: 7.5%
- Sharp: 1.9%
- Sutter: 4.3%
- UHC: -2.4%
- WHA: 13.3%
The rate impact is most notable on Bronze plans.
Network: Cigna + Oscar is no longer available. All other networks remain the same
Plans:
- Anthem Platinum HMO B (Vivity network) became available on 9/1/24.
- All Cigna + Oscar plans have been termed
- Several plans have benefit changes; refer to the Summary of Changes for details.
Underwriting: Groups leaving Cigna+Oscar can take advantage of a relaxed underwriting promo and submit a bill rather than the DE9C.
