Broker Service Phone Line Migration
In our continued effort to provide more efficient and timely service, we will be closing the Broker Service phone line on January 20 at 5 p.m.
Beginning on January 23, all inquiries, once serviced via the Broker Service Call Center, should be sent as correspondence to the Broker Service mailbox at: BrokerServicesTeam@carefirst.com.
Upon receipt, your inquiry will be addressed by a Broker Service Team member, and you will receive a written confirmation and response promptly.
If you have an assigned dedicated Client Relationship Manager (CRM), your questions should be sent directly to your CRM in lieu of the above mailbox.
Note: This also applies to FSP’s and GP’s.
As a reminder, we are continuing to empower our broker partners to utilize our self-service capabilities available in our various self-service access points, including Broker Portal such as:
- Marketing Materials in the new Small Group tab
- Pulling contracts
- Member Eligibility—viewing, printing and requesting ID cards
