In early June, Cigna will be introducing two-step authentication upon login to your CignaforBrokers account to add an additional layer of security. Two-step authentication will require you to verify your login using either your phone number or email address on file.
Please remember to log in to your CignaforBrokers account to verify the correct email address and phone number are on file by May 31, 2023.
How to check your CignaforBrokers contact information:
- Log in to CignaforBrokers.com.
- Select the drop-down menu by your name in the upper right corner.
- Select 'Security Profile,’ and view/update your contact information as needed.
After the two-step authentication takes effect, you will be prompted to set up your phone number and/or email address upon login. A security code will be sent to your phone number or email address that you will use to verify your login moving forward.
Please note: As a result of this update, the CignaforBrokers portal will be unavailable for a few hours on June 7th.
