Community Hospital Long Beach, an acute care hospital, closed and discontinued all services on July 3, 2018. Anthem Blue Cross notified affected members and contracted physicians this week. It’s important to know that continuity-of-care cannot be provided because of the hospital’s closure. Members must receive care at other participating facilities. Members will be referred to the alternate facilities listed below:
