This year’s deadline for mailing 1095-B forms is Feb. 28. The 1095-B forms show what months the subscriber and their dependents were covered by the health plan.
ConnectiCare will mail 1095s to Fixed Funding Solutions subscribers (unless the employer opted out) as well as to fully insured large group, small group, SHOP, Exchange Direct, and SOLO policy holders. Access Health CT will mail the 1095s out to Individual Plan subscribers who are enrolled through them.
Fully insured members can access their 1095s by logging in to the member portal or can call customer service to request a copy. Exchange Members need to request a copy through Access Health CT.
If your clients changed health plans during 2022, they may receive multiple forms and should keep all copies for their tax records.
