Great news! 2024 Unum LTD plans are live and ready to quote in HealthConnect and almost ready to quote in Benefix. (2024 Unum Basic Life plans are also available to quote in HC and BFX). All of the Unum LTD plans have a 3-year rate guarantee, and are book-rated for simple, quick quoting!
Unum's new LTD 2-Life+ plan is:
- available to groups of 2 or more employees
- has flat rate of $21 PEPM
- 40% to $2,500/Month Max
- 180-Day Elimination Period
- has no offsets
- includes a full EAP
The 10-Life+ LTD plan has:
- availability to groups of 10 or more employees
- composite book rates
- solid, middle-of-the-road benefits
- 60% to $7,500/Month Max
- 90, 180, or 360 Day Elimination Period
- Premium protection (COBRA) rider option
- Includes a full EAP
- Rate Pass
Keep in mind that Unum introduced additional Ineligible Industries for their LTD plans but they are industries that very rarely sell to e.g. Metal/Coal Mining.
