Covered California is implementing an amendment to Exhibit F, Schedule of Commissions of the existing Agency Agreement, effective May 1, 2025.
As a reminder, Exhibit F governs the commission payments for certified agencies that enroll groups of 1 to 100 employees through Covered California for Small Business (CCSB).
The key areas of the amendment include:
- Section E(1) has been revised to update the Incentive Program, which is scheduled from July 2025 through January 2026, for agencies enrolling groups within that time frame.
- Section F was incorporated in preparation for the introduction of Covered California’s direct deposit payment method for CCSB commissions, which is tentatively expected to occur midyear. Agencies will be offered the option to opt into direct deposit. Please note, additional information on the enrollment procedure will be provided as we approach the launch date.
This amendment notification serves as the forty-five (45) calendar days prior notification as outlined in Exhibit F, Schedule of Commissions, Section D. Modification to Schedule of Commissions of the Agency Agreement
