Beginning July 23, 2024, EmblemHealth’s automatic payment platform will be upgraded to InstaMed, the newest payment solution from JPMorgan Chase. Please note that no changes can be made to autopay accounts until after July 23.
EmblemHealth is working to ensure the transition to InstaMed will be seamless and groups will automatically be moved over to the new system without disruption. Any upcoming automatic payments occurring before July 23 will continue to go through as usual on the current system. One-time payments will also be available.
Please note that It may take up to six business days to activate a new autopay account after July 23. If a client’s payment due date falls within that range, please ask that they make a one-time payment.
When making a payment during enrollment on the portal, a new window will open on the InstaMed website to make the payment. After the payment is completed, they must return to the portal to submit their application.
EmblemHealth's Member Services representatives will be able available by phone at 855-283-2146, seven days a week (excluding major holidays), from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to answer any member questions about the new system. Account managers/broker services will be trained and ready to help you and/or your groups as well.
