We are excited to announce a new quote enhancements in Ebix quoting system. If you’ve been generating reports one at a time, you’re going to appreciate this enhancement.
With the new multi-tab excel report, you can now generate a single Excel file with multiple reports. One click and you’re done!
How to Generate a Multi-Tab Excel Report
From the Proposal Options page, you’ll now see an excel icon next to eligible reports. Select any reports you want to include in your file.
From the bottom of the page, click “Excel Export (beta)” to generate your report. That’s it!
Reports Available to Export:
- Cover Page
- Census
- Census Including Dependents
- EE Rate Side by Side
- Employee Rate Detail
- Final Rates
- Full Benefits
- Member Rate Detail
- Multi-Option
- Plan Grid
- Portfolio Grid
- Rider Report
- Side by Side
- Side by Side Detail
- Single Plan Detail
- Underwriting Guidelines
Remember: All reports, including those not mentioned above, can still be exported to Excel using the Convert to XLS button. Using this method only one report can be generated at a time.
Note: This feature is in beta as Ebix works to refine report output and add new reports.
