New Directions Behavioral Health, the behavioral health services provider for Florida Blue, has combined with Tridiuum to become Lucet as of April 3, 2023. This rebranding will affect behavioral health services for all Florida Blue Members. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services will continue under the New Directions Behavioral Health name.
Lucet has launched with the unveiling of a new solution for payers to improve care access, quality and measurement for their members. Lucet brings together 20+ years of member-centric behavioral health experience from New Directions Behavioral Health, and 20+ years of clinical research and technology expertise from Tridiuum. By combining this expertise, Lucet is launching a new tech-enabled solution that addresses the most critical behavioral health challenges payers face, ensuring their members receive quality care, quickly.
Florida Blue's Navigate & Connect behavioral health appointment scheduling service will continue at the present time. Those who call this service will automatically be transferred to Lucet's member service team. In addition, the New Directions Behavioral Health web site will now re-direct to the Lucet web site.
