AccessAbleSM Now Offers the Convenience of Credit Card AutoPay
The AccessAble team at USAble Life continues to make life easier for their group customers, most recently by upgrading the online benefits platform’s automatic premium payment (AutoPay) feature. Users of the platform with full billing access can now set up monthly payments that can automatically be charged to a credit or debit card in addition to bank drafts.
“We constantly strive to improve what we offer our customers, that includes enhancing their online billing experience,” says Deena Zellers, manager, business automation. “Group benefits administrators no longer need to worry about missing payments, checks getting lost in the mail, or relying solely on ACH AutoPay. They can make payments using a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card. While a small convenience fee is associated with using a debit or credit card, they can still pay by bank draft without incurring additional fees."
This new feature is the latest example of USAble Life’s commitment to delivering tools and solutions that empower their customers.
