Health Net is pleased to extend their Cigna+Oscar underwriting promotion through December 2024.
Take advantage of this simplified process to move your groups from Cigna+Oscar for effective dates through December 2024.
Groups of 1 - 4 enrolling employees:
- Prior carrier bill is required
- DE9C, payroll and ownership documents are not required
- Must enroll 80% of employees on prior carrier bill
- Groups enrolling less than 80% will be subject to standard UW and paperwork guidelines
- No payroll required for additional enrolling employees not on prior carrier bill
- All other UW and paperwork guidelines apply
Groups of 5+ enrolling employees
- The group may elect the Enhanced Choice Promo. (No DE9C, No payroll, No ownership documents, No prior carrier bill needed)
