Health Net has announced their small group updates for Q1 2025 in California.
Quarterly Rate Change (Statewide Average):
- HMO Full Network : 1.9%
- HMO Limited Networks: 1.8%
- PPO: 2.3%
- PPO HSA: 3.0%
Annual Rate Change (Statewide Average):
- HMO Full Network : 9.3%
- HMO Limited Networks: 7.6%
- PPO: 6.7%
- PPO HSA: 9.4%

Medical Plan/Portfolio Updates:
- 61 plans for 2025
- Three new PPO plans; Platinum PPO 0/5, Gold PPO 1500/20 and Silver PPO 2500/50
- CommunityCare products have been discontinued
- Salud HMO y Mas is expanding into Imperial County
- Plan grids, plan mapping, and SOBs are all available in Forms & Benefits. SBCs coming soon.
Network Update:
- Health Net continues to close gaps in provider coverage
- The PPO network in California covers every county
