HealthPass has issued a small group rate update for Q3 2024. Quoting is now available.
Plans show the following increases compared to Q2 rates:
- HMO 3.3%
- PPO 3.3% (new offering as of January 2024)
- EPO Plans using the Full Network 2.8%
- EPO plans using the Limited Network 2.6%
There are no changes to plan designs or underwriting guidelines
Reminders
As of 2024, all plans offered by EmblemHealth will be on the Select Care Network. With a focus on offering quality and access, the Select Care Network for small groups features a carefully selected group of providers and hospitals covering all medical specialties across 28 New York counties.

EmblemHealth plans on the Prime or Bridge networks will transition to the Select Care network as of January 1. Note that PPO plans have been removed from the portfolio, as of 2024 all EmblemHealth plans will be available as EPO.
Members enrolled on Healthfirst network options will be transitioned to EmblemHealth or Anthem networks as of their renewal in 2024.
