Anthem Blue Cross is excited to announce that Hoag will be joining the Priority Select HMO network for both small and large group.
Your clients have had access to Hoag providers through Anthem's traditional networks for many years, and that is not changing. But what’s new is the ability for members to choose a Hoag provider if enrolled within the Priority Select Network plans.
Hoag Medical Group (HMG) is the multispecialty physician group most closely aligned with Hoag Hospital. HMG specializes in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, allergy & immunology, acupuncture, diabetes and endocrinology, geriatrics, infectious disease, palliative medicine, sports medicine, rheumatology, HIV medicine and travel medicine.
Hoag was once again the highest ranked hospital in Orange County in the 2021-2022 U.S. News & World Report. This marks the fifth year in a row Hoag has achieved this level of recognition. As a nonprofit regional health care delivery network, Hoag offers a comprehensive blend of healthcare services that include six institutes providing specialized services in the following areas: cancer, heart and vascular, neurosciences, digestive health, women’s health and orthopedics through Hoag’s affiliate Hoag Orthopedic Institute.
