Starting with 11/1/24 new business sales, EAP is available as an opt-in only option at no additional cost for 2+ groups in California who bundle Dental and/or Vision with Humana Life products.
It must be a multi-line sale with one of these options:
- Dental + Basic or Voluntary Life gains CA groups access to EAP upon request.
- Vision + Basic Life + Voluntary Life gains CA groups access to EAP upon request.
Keep in mind, standardly as a value-add with Humana, groups who purchase 3 lines of Group Benefits coverage, one of which must be Disability, EAP is an included offering through TELUS.
EAP is not available as a buy-up or standalone offering.
For groups outside of California, EAP is available with the sale of Disability + 2 additional lines.
