Humana Updates Dental Waiting Period Guidelines for Groups 5+

Effective November 1, 2021, Humana has removed waiting periods for employer-sponsored dental groups of 5+ enrolled. It is important to note that these groups must meet a minimum of 50% participation (after valid waiver removed) to qualify.

Any group that has already been quoted for November, but not yet implemented, can be re-quoted with no waiting period.

This change will only apply to groups with an effective date of November 1, 2021 or later and does not impact existing business.
