Large Employers Are Expanding EAP Benefits 

Many large employers have expanded their EAP benefits since the COVID-19 pandemic began, according to a Gallup survey. They have expanded:

• Legal and other types of services
• The number of covered counseling or therapy sessions 
• Virtual sessions
• EAP resources globally
