A recent survey by the Society of Human Resources gives a rundown of what benefits employees are offering this year.
- Fully Insured vs. Self-Insured: Ninety-eight percent offer some type of health coverage. Seventy percent offer a fully insured health plan and 26% offer a self-insured plan
- FSAs and HSAs: 63% offer FSAs and 57% offer HSAs. Sixty-three percent of employers that offer an HSA contribute to these plans compared to 64% in 2018
- Telemedicine: Ninety-three percent offer telemedicine, up 20% since 2019
