Oxford is pleased to announce the inception of their Combo Plans, effective May 1, 2024. With these plans, your clients will get group benefit solutions designed to deliver more health care value for their businesses and their employees.
Informed by the most robust data and insights in the industry, Oxford plans are built to help lower clients' total cost of care, improve care quality for their employees, champion health and wellness for better outcomes, and simplify the health care experience for everyone. Oxford's curated menu of combination plans includes some of their most popular offerings in the fully insured key account portfolio — and features incentives for employees and employers.
How it Works
New York Key Account (100-300) employers choose:
- Either the Oxford Freedom, Liberty, or Metro network;
- One of sixteen pre-selected fully insured medical plan designs; and
- A pharmacy plan from the list.
What Employers Get
- A robust employee benefits package from a recognized industry leader;
- Performance Funding: a credit toward the next year's premium when the group plan's total medical expenses are lower than expected. If the group's medical expenses are higher than the premium paid for the year, there is no deficit to carry forward; and
- Up to 2% savings on first-year medical premiums by adding specialty benefits.
And, for Employees
- A full suite of medical, pharmacy, behavioral, and/or specialty benefits — and only one point of contact;
- UnitedHealthcare Rewards Premium to earn up to $1,000 for their healthy actions;
- Care Cash® preloaded debit card ($200 individual/$500 family) for eligible provider care; and
- The UnitedHealthcare Ally benefit, which pays them in a health crisis (if the employer adds specialty benefits).
