New for 2024! The removed exclusions include:
- Breast enlargement, including augmentation mammoplasty and breast implants
- Removal or reduction of Adam's Apple
- Voice modification surgery
- Voice lessons and voice therapy
Virtual Visits Update
For new and renewing fully insured and level funded business effective January 1, 2024. Members will pay $0 cost-share for 24/7 Virtual Visit, including plans with HSA's, helping to make access to urgent and nonemergency medical care more affordable and convenient.
