Sharp Health Plan has issued a rate update for Q1 2025. Plans will increase as follows compared to Q4 rates:
- HMO: 1.1%
- HMO HSA 2.9%
- POS 1.6%
Plans have experienced minor benefit changes, some of which have results in a new plans name as shown below. In addition, all Mirrored plans now include "PCP" in the name.
